Who am I?
I am a UX designer and researcher fueled by instant noodles, an obsession for niche history fun facts, and determined to make everyday life easier
I am interested in how technology shapes everyday experiences and how design decisions can reinforce or challenge existing norms. I’m particularly drawn to exploring how these choices affect attitudes and agency across different groups, needs, and contexts.
For me, design is an iterative process of research, questioning, and reflection; sometimes requiring a return to the drawing board. Guided by design justice, I aim to design with users rather than for them, grounding my work in continuous prototyping and evaluation. This approach also means critically reflecting on how my design work affects the people on the other side of the screen.
Currently at Ergon Informatik, I work on a workforce management tool that places big emphasis on employee participation in time and shift allocation, supporting transparent, participatory planning and individual agency.

-
During my master’s studies, I gained experience designing surveys and analyzing data with basic statistics, particularly for my master thesis.
I leverage quantitative methods to complement qualitative insights and validate design hypotheses.
